How to get help with ReachLoop.

Write to support@getreachloop.com from the email on your ReachLoop account. A person reads every message, and we usually reply within one business day. Include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one.
Connecting ReachLoop to ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI app
Add ReachLoop as a connector in your AI app, sign in to ReachLoop when asked, and approve Connect workspace. No API key is needed and your AI app never sees your LinkedIn password. If tools do not appear, disconnect the connector, add it again, and approve the workspace once more. To remove access at any time, disconnect the connector in your AI app or revoke it under API in ReachLoop.
Account and billing
You can update your card, see invoices, or cancel from Settings, under Subscription, then Manage plan. If a payment fails, your agents pause until the card is updated, and they pick up where they left off once it goes through. Nothing is deleted.
LinkedIn and email connections
If LinkedIn shows as disconnected, open Settings, then Connected Accounts, and reconnect. ReachLoop keeps daily invite and message limits so outreach stays human-paced, and you can lower them in Settings at any time.
