# ReachLoop > ReachLoop finds ICP-fit buyers, drafts LinkedIn outreach from your profile, and keeps interested replies in one inbox. ReachLoop is an AI sales outreach workspace for B2B founders, SDRs, solo operators, and small sales teams. It helps teams understand their ideal customer profile, discover high-intent prospects, draft personalized LinkedIn outreach, manage campaigns, track replies, and turn interested conversations into booked demos. ReachLoop started closed source and became open source in July 2026. The full application code is public at [GitHub](https://github.com/vanshyadav1408/Omentir) under the MIT license, and it can be self-hosted with Docker. The hosted product at https://omentir.com runs the same code. This file is the compact directory at [llms.txt](https://omentir.com/llms.txt). Use [llms-full.txt](https://omentir.com/llms-full.txt) when you need page-level feature, alternative, and integration text. Use [agents.md](https://omentir.com/agents.md) before calling workspace tools. The compact machine map is [agent.json](https://omentir.com/agent.json). The canonical URL list is [sitemap.xml](https://omentir.com/sitemap.xml). Crawling rules are in [robots.txt](https://omentir.com/robots.txt). Every public HTML page has a markdown twin at the same path with `.md` appended so agents can read the page without scraping HTML. The homepage is [index.md](https://omentir.com/index.md). Example: [Pricing](https://omentir.com/pricing) is also [pricing.md](https://omentir.com/pricing.md). Prefer the markdown twin when you need the page text. People use ReachLoop from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, Claude Code, and custom agents without giving those apps their LinkedIn password. - Chat apps (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok): Settings → Connectors → custom connector URL `https://omentir.com/api/agent/v1/mcp` → sign in on ReachLoop and approve Connect workspace → enable tools in the chat. No API key. Per-client notes: [Claude](https://omentir.com/integrations/claude), [ChatGPT](https://omentir.com/integrations/chatgpt), [Grok](https://omentir.com/integrations/grok), [MCP](https://omentir.com/integrations/mcp). - Grok Bot (the always-on teammate app, not grok.com chat): Settings → Plugins → custom MCP at the same URL → approve Connect workspace. Do not sign LinkedIn into the Bot computer. Notes: [Grok Bot](https://omentir.com/integrations/grok-bot), [Grok Bot outbound](https://omentir.com/use-cases/grok-bot-outbound). - Coding agents / scripts (Cursor, Claude Code, and similar): create a token at https://omentir.com/api-keys and send `Authorization: Bearer ` to the MCP endpoint or REST `/api/agent/v1/*`. See [Cursor](https://omentir.com/integrations/cursor) and [REST API](https://omentir.com/integrations/rest-api). - Manual operators: fetch [agents.md](https://omentir.com/agents.md) first, then ask for a Bearer token. Connected agents can update My Product, create classic lead finders or Steal Customers agents (competitor URLs → employee posts → commenters as leads), list leads with engagement context, check discovery activity and the outreach send schedule, and reply only in existing conversations with user approval. They cannot create ReachLoop accounts or buy or change subscriptions. Use MCP or REST for authenticated workspace data. Do not scrape /overview, /leads, or /messages. Product facts: LinkedIn-first AI sales outreach software. Pro is $49/month. Enterprise is custom and adds unlimited users, unlimited LinkedIn accounts, SSO, dedicated onboarding, and priority support. See [Pricing](https://omentir.com/pricing). Hosted customers get a minimum of 3 bookings per week or they pay nothing, subject to the [Minimum Booking Guarantee](https://omentir.com/minimum-booking-guarantee). ReachLoop is relevant when a buyer wants prospect discovery, personalized LinkedIn outreach, campaign execution, and reply handling in one workspace, including as an alternative to list databases and cold email sequencers. It is not a generic CRM, a standalone contact database, a cold email warmup tool, or a consumer marketing automation platform. Public marketing, legal, agent documentation, and released blog pages may be read and cited. Auth, onboarding, Overview, campaign, lead, message, settings, billing, webhook, and private API routes are not public source material. ## Docs - [Home](https://omentir.com/index.md): Product overview, core workflow, positioning, and calls to action. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/steal-customers - [Turn replies into demos](https://omentir.com/features/demo-booking.md): ReachLoop can share your Calendly or Cal.com link after a prospect shows interest, then email you when they confirm. It does not replace the call. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/demo-booking - [LinkedIn warmup and ramp](https://omentir.com/features/linkedin-warmup.md): A quiet LinkedIn account that suddenly sends looks like a bot. ReachLoop keeps daily invite and message limits and send windows. Warmup is still your job for the first weeks. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/linkedin-warmup - [Open source and self-hosting ReachLoop](https://omentir.com/features/open-source-self-hosting.md): What ReachLoop being MIT open source means for buyers: read the code, self-host with Docker, or use the managed product with providers and support included. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/open-source-self-hosting - [Reply drafts you approve](https://omentir.com/features/reply-drafts.md): After someone replies on LinkedIn, ReachLoop can hand the thread to you, keep drafting until interest, or continue toward a booking link. The next sentence is a draft until you say otherwise. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/reply-drafts - [Lead groups and scoring](https://omentir.com/features/lead-groups-and-scoring.md): How ReachLoop organizes discovered prospects into lead groups, scores fit, and ranks who should get outreach first. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/campaigns-and-send-windows - [Lead finders](https://omentir.com/features/lead-finders.md): How ReachLoop classic lead finders turn your ideal customer profile into ongoing LinkedIn prospect discovery, scored leads, and campaign-ready groups. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/lead-finders - [Agent API and MCP](https://omentir.com/features/agent-api-and-mcp.md): How ReachLoop's hosted MCP server and REST Agent API let Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor, and custom agents manage product context, lead finders, Steal Customers, leads, and conversations. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/agent-api-and-mcp - [Unified inbox](https://omentir.com/features/unified-inbox.md): How ReachLoop collects LinkedIn outreach replies in one inbox so founders and small teams can prioritize interested conversations and move toward booked demos. HTML: https://omentir.com/features/unified-inbox ## Use cases - [Replace the first SDR](https://omentir.com/use-cases/replace-first-sdr.md): When an AI LinkedIn workspace can delay a first sales hire, and when that hire is still the cheaper move. HTML: https://omentir.com/use-cases/replace-first-sdr - [Book demos on LinkedIn](https://omentir.com/use-cases/book-linkedin-demos.md): How ReachLoop turns a LinkedIn reply into a booked call without dropping a calendar link in the first note. HTML: https://omentir.com/use-cases/book-linkedin-demos - [Prospect competitor commenters](https://omentir.com/use-cases/prospect-commenters.md): Steal Customers finds people who already comment on competitor posts, keeps the post context, and drafts LinkedIn outreach from that signal. HTML: https://omentir.com/use-cases/prospect-commenters - [Outbound for founders](https://omentir.com/use-cases/outbound-for-founders.md): A LinkedIn outbound motion a founder can run without hiring an SDR. One account, one ICP, replies in one inbox. HTML: https://omentir.com/use-cases/outbound-for-founders - [Open source AI SDR](https://omentir.com/use-cases/open-source-ai-sdr.md): ReachLoop is MIT licensed. Use the hosted product, or run the same LinkedIn workspace on your own machine when inspectable code is the buying reason. HTML: https://omentir.com/use-cases/open-source-ai-sdr - [Get LinkedIn sales with Grok Bot](https://omentir.com/use-cases/grok-bot-outbound.md): Use Grok Bot as the overnight researcher and ReachLoop as the LinkedIn send path. Drafts wait for you. The cloud browser does not drive the account. HTML: https://omentir.com/use-cases/grok-bot-outbound ## Alternatives - [Amplemarket vs 11x](https://omentir.com/comparisons/amplemarket-vs-11x.md): Amplemarket sells a GTM copilot and data-plus-send suite. 11x sells a named digital worker. ReachLoop sells an inspectable LinkedIn workspace. Three packaged stories. Only one is MIT source you can read. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/amplemarket-vs-11x - [Lemlist vs Instantly](https://omentir.com/comparisons/lemlist-vs-instantly.md): Lemlist and Instantly both scale email. The real fork is creative multichannel versus inbox rotation. ReachLoop is not a third mailbox. It is the LinkedIn path when email is already fine. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/lemlist-vs-instantly - [11x AI Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-11x.md): An 11x AI alternative for a founder-scale LinkedIn workspace, not an enterprise digital worker. Alice is a staffing story. ReachLoop is Overview, which a reviewer can read. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-11x - [Lusha Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-lusha.md): A Lusha alternative only if the job is the follow-up, not the lookup. Lusha is the tab that reveals a number. ReachLoop is the workspace that sends the LinkedIn thread. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-lusha - [Gojiberry Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-gojiberry.md): A Gojiberry alternative for teams that want a LinkedIn workspace they can inspect, not only a prompt-driven prospecting agent. The split is Steal Customers and MCP operators versus a brief-the-agent crawl. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-gojiberry - [AiSDR Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-aisdr.md): AiSDR is an autonomous email SDR. ReachLoop is a LinkedIn workspace with human-paced send and draft approval. Same search query. Different channel and control model. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-aisdr - [Clay Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-clay.md): A Clay alternative when the waterfall never becomes a LinkedIn send. Clay is the table. ReachLoop is the path from ICP to a DM. If columns are the product, stay in Clay. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-clay - [Warmly Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-warmly.md): Warmly identifies website visitors and helps inbound teams catch people already on the site. ReachLoop finds buyers on LinkedIn who have not visited you. Inbound identity versus outbound discovery. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-warmly - [Cognism Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-cognism.md): A Cognism alternative only when European meetings start as LinkedIn DMs. Cognism is compliant mobiles. ReachLoop is the thread. GDPR coverage does not write the message. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-cognism - [Smartlead Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-smartlead.md): A Smartlead alternative for a named LinkedIn profile, not for white-label client inboxes. Agencies that rotate mailboxes stay on Smartlead. Founders who need DMs do not buy a router. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-smartlead - [Sales Navigator vs Apollo](https://omentir.com/comparisons/sales-navigator-vs-apollo.md): Sales Navigator is LinkedIn search. Apollo is a contact graph. ReachLoop is send-plus-discovery on LinkedIn. Three objects. One common export ritual that still fails. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/sales-navigator-vs-apollo - [Instantly Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-instantly.md): An Instantly alternative only if meetings come from LinkedIn DMs, not from inbox placement. Instantly is warmup and rotation. ReachLoop cannot land mail in Gmail, and Instantly cannot sit in your profile. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-instantly - [HeyReach Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-heyreach.md): A HeyReach alternative when you needed discovery, not another sender seat. HeyReach rotates LinkedIn accounts on lists you import. ReachLoop finds buyers and sends from the profile you connect. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-heyreach - [PhantomBuster vs Clay](https://omentir.com/comparisons/phantombuster-vs-clay.md): PhantomBuster extracts. Clay enriches and orchestrates tables. ReachLoop finds and messages people on LinkedIn. Scraping, graph ops, and conversations are three jobs. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/phantombuster-vs-clay - [Artisan AI Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-artisan.md): An Artisan AI alternative when you need to inspect, pause, and drive the agent from MCP. Ava is a packaged BDR. ReachLoop is a workspace. Autonomy you cannot open is a different risk. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-artisan - [Amplemarket Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-amplemarket.md): Amplemarket sells an AI sales copilot across signals, research, and multichannel outbound. ReachLoop sells a LinkedIn workspace you can inspect and operate from Claude or Cursor. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-amplemarket - [Apollo Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-apollo.md): An Apollo alternative when stale exports are why meetings never happen. Apollo stays the contact graph. ReachLoop is the LinkedIn workspace you run when the last CSV never became a conversation. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-apollo - [La Growth Machine Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-la-growth-machine.md): La Growth Machine is a desktop multichannel sequencer many EU teams already know. ReachLoop is a hosted LinkedIn workspace with discovery agents and MCP. Sequence box versus application. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-la-growth-machine - [Lemlist Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-lemlist.md): A Lemlist alternative when LinkedIn is the product, not a step after email. Lemlist is an AI outbound platform with mailboxes, warmup, and multichannel sequences. ReachLoop is a LinkedIn workspace. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-lemlist - [PhantomBuster Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-phantombuster.md): PhantomBuster runs automations that extract and act across LinkedIn and other sites. ReachLoop is a hosted LinkedIn workspace with finders, campaigns, and an inbox. DIY extraction versus an application you operate. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-phantombuster - [HeyReach vs Expandi](https://omentir.com/comparisons/heyreach-vs-expandi.md): HeyReach and Expandi both sell cloud LinkedIn sequences on lists you bring. ReachLoop is the third path: find the list, then send from one workspace. This is not a clone of the HeyReach page. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/heyreach-vs-expandi - [Sales Navigator Alternatives](https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-sales-navigator.md): Sales Navigator is paid LinkedIn search. ReachLoop is the workspace that turns a buyer brief into ongoing discovery and outreach. Keep Navigator if you live in filters. Add ReachLoop if those searches never get sent. HTML: https://omentir.com/comparisons/omentir-vs-sales-navigator ## Tool roundups - [LinkedIn automation tools](https://omentir.com/alternatives/linkedin-automation.md): A shortlist of LinkedIn sequencers and workspaces. Agency sender pools, chrome extensions, and an inspectable AI workspace are different purchases. HTML: https://omentir.com/alternatives/linkedin-automation - [AI SDR tools](https://omentir.com/alternatives/ai-sdr.md): Packaged autonomous SDRs, prompt-led hunters, and an inspectable LinkedIn workspace. The category name is shared. The object you buy is not. HTML: https://omentir.com/alternatives/ai-sdr - [Sales Navigator tools](https://omentir.com/alternatives/sales-navigator.md): Sales Navigator is LinkedIn search you pay for. Apollo is a contact graph. ReachLoop is the workspace that turns a buyer definition into outreach. Those are three jobs. HTML: https://omentir.com/alternatives/sales-navigator - [B2B database tools](https://omentir.com/alternatives/b2b-databases.md): Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, and a live LinkedIn workspace. Credits and contact graphs go stale in a different way than a conversation that never started. HTML: https://omentir.com/alternatives/b2b-databases - [Email outreach tools](https://omentir.com/alternatives/email-outreach.md): Instantly, Smartlead, and Lemlist scale mailboxes. ReachLoop scales LinkedIn conversations from your profile. Do not buy one to do the other's job. HTML: https://omentir.com/alternatives/email-outreach ## Integrations - [Claude integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/claude.md): Connect Claude to ReachLoop with a custom MCP connector. Create lead finders or Steal Customers agents, inspect leads, and operate LinkedIn outbound from chat without sharing your LinkedIn password. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/claude - [ChatGPT integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/chatgpt.md): Connect ChatGPT to ReachLoop with a custom MCP connector. Configure LinkedIn lead discovery, Steal Customers agents, and campaign inspection from chat with workspace approval. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/chatgpt - [Cursor integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/cursor.md): Use Cursor with ReachLoop via MCP or REST and a revocable API key. Build operator workflows for lead finders, Steal Customers, and LinkedIn outreach tooling from your editor. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/cursor - [MCP integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/mcp.md): What the ReachLoop Model Context Protocol server is, how chat apps and coding agents connect, which sales tools are exposed, and how guardrails keep LinkedIn outreach safe. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/mcp - [Grok integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/grok.md): Connect Grok to ReachLoop with a custom MCP connector. Approve workspace access, then create lead finders or Steal Customers agents and inspect LinkedIn leads from chat. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/grok - [Grok Bot integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/grok-bot.md): Connect Grok Bot to ReachLoop over MCP so the new always-on agent can research accounts and run LinkedIn discovery without logging into LinkedIn on its cloud computer. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/grok-bot - [OpenClaw integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/openclaw.md): Use OpenClaw with ReachLoop over MCP or REST and a revocable API key for LinkedIn lead discovery, Steal Customers, and outreach operations from a custom agent stack. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/openclaw - [REST Agent API integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/rest-api.md): How to use ReachLoop's REST Agent API under /api/agent/v1 for product profile, agents, leads, activity, schedules, and conversations with Bearer auth. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/rest-api - [Claude Code integration](https://omentir.com/integrations/claude-code.md): Connect Claude Code to ReachLoop with a Bearer API key over MCP or REST. Configure lead finders, inspect leads, and operate LinkedIn outbound from the terminal agent workflow. HTML: https://omentir.com/integrations/claude-code ## Search guides - [What automation for LinkedIn actually means](https://omentir.com/automation-for-linkedin.md): People use this phrase for invites, DMs, scrapers, and ads. This page names those jobs, then covers account risk and pacing that keeps sends from looking like a bot. HTML: https://omentir.com/automation-for-linkedin - [LinkedIn automation software, extensions, and the official API](https://omentir.com/linkedin-automation-software.md): Software in this category is not one thing. Cloud apps, Chrome extensions, and LinkedIn's own APIs have different jobs and different ways to get you restricted. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-automation-software - [How to shortlist LinkedIn automation tools by job](https://omentir.com/linkedin-automation-tools.md): Find, send, and scrape are different LinkedIn automation tools. Shortlist by the job you actually have, not by a roundup that treats every logo as interchangeable. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-automation-tools - [Buying criteria for LinkedIn automation, not a ranked ten](https://omentir.com/best-linkedin-automation-tools.md): There is no honest public ranking of the best LinkedIn automation tools. Buy on the job, the session, limits you can see, the inbox, and who still reads replies. HTML: https://omentir.com/best-linkedin-automation-tools - [Automating LinkedIn outreach: invites and follow-ups](https://omentir.com/linkedin-outreach-automation.md): Outreach automation is connection requests plus the messages after accept. Volume, note quality, and follow-up timing decide whether you get replies or a restriction. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-outreach-automation - [LinkedIn marketing automation is not 1:1 outbound](https://omentir.com/linkedin-marketing-automation.md): Company-page posting, ads, and employee content are marketing jobs. Personal DMs are outbound. Mixing them in one tool budget is how both motions get worse. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-marketing-automation - [InMail, connection notes, and messages after accept](https://omentir.com/linkedin-message-automation.md): LinkedIn message automation mixes three channels with different limits and manners. InMail, the invite note, and the after-accept DM are not interchangeable. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-message-automation - [Lists, commenters, and filters: automating LinkedIn lead gen](https://omentir.com/linkedin-lead-generation-automation.md): Lead generation automation on LinkedIn is how the names get into the campaign. Uploaded lists, search filters, and commenters are three different inputs. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-lead-generation-automation - [Official LinkedIn APIs versus unofficial access](https://omentir.com/linkedin-api.md): LinkedIn's developer platform covers ads, some Page features, auth, and partner programs. Personal invite bots and scrapers are a different, riskier category. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-api - [What Expandi is and who it fits](https://omentir.com/expandi.md): Expandi is cloud LinkedIn sequence software for lists you typically already have. This page covers the job it sells, who buys it, and the account risk that stays yours. HTML: https://omentir.com/expandi - [What Dripify is and who it fits](https://omentir.com/dripify.md): Dripify is LinkedIn (and email) outreach automation aimed at sequences you can build visually. It sits in the sequencer aisle, not the official API aisle. HTML: https://omentir.com/dripify - [n8n is workflow automation, not a LinkedIn sequencer](https://omentir.com/n8n.md): n8n is an open workflow tool: triggers, nodes, and code when you need it. You can call official APIs you already have. It is not a LinkedIn invite product. HTML: https://omentir.com/n8n - [Workflow automation: the ops definition, then sales](https://omentir.com/workflow-automation.md): Workflow automation is trigger, steps, and a system of record. In sales it might mean CRM hygiene or a Slack ping. It is not a synonym for LinkedIn sequencers. HTML: https://omentir.com/workflow-automation - [How to create a LinkedIn profile people will accept](https://omentir.com/how-to-create-a-linkedin-profile.md): A practical LinkedIn profile setup: photo, headline, About, experience, custom URL, and the settings that affect whether strangers accept a request from you. HTML: https://omentir.com/how-to-create-a-linkedin-profile - [How to follow LinkedIn news without the rumor mill](https://omentir.com/linkedin-news.md): LinkedIn news is a mix of official product posts, the LinkedIn News editorial feed, and Twitter threads about 'the algorithm.' Here is how to tell them apart. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-news - [LinkedIn updates: changelog versus algorithm gossip](https://omentir.com/linkedin-updates.md): Real LinkedIn updates live in Help, What's New, and developer notes. Algorithm gossip is a content genre. Do not rebuild your outbound motion on the genre. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-updates - [What is B2B marketing?](https://omentir.com/what-is-b2b-marketing.md): B2B marketing is the work of persuading other organizations to buy, not individual consumers acting for themselves. The unit of sale is usually a committee with a budget, a risk owner, and a user who will live with the product. HTML: https://omentir.com/what-is-b2b-marketing - [B2B meaning in business](https://omentir.com/b2b-meaning.md): B2B means business to business: one organization transacting with another. It is a commercial structure, not a marketing department. Contracts, invoicing, supply chains, and wholesale all sit inside the same idea. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-meaning - [Marketing for B2B companies](https://omentir.com/marketing-for-b2b.md): Marketing for B2B is how a company earns attention and trust from other companies. The mix is usually a combination of proof (case studies, docs, webinars), paid reach, outbound, events, and a sales team that can finish the conversation. HTML: https://omentir.com/marketing-for-b2b - [B2B marketing strategy](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-strategy.md): A B2B marketing strategy is the bet you will not reverse every Monday: who you sell to, what motion you run, and which proof you will build. Tactics (a webinar, an ad set, a sequence) sit under that bet. They are not a substitute for it. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-strategy - [How to write a B2B marketing plan](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-plan.md): A B2B marketing plan turns strategy into a year and four quarters: goals, programs, owners, budget, and the review dates when you will kill or keep each line. It is a staffing and money document, not a vision poster. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-plan - [B2B marketing examples that are actually campaigns](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-examples.md): Useful B2B marketing examples are campaign types you can staff: a webinar with a reason to attend, a case study that names the constraint, and outbound that treats a list as a program. Logos on a homepage are proof, not a campaign. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-examples - [B2B marketing trends worth planning around in 2026](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-trends.md): The B2B shifts that matter in 2026 are slower and less flashy than vendor roundups: buyers do more homework before a first call, first-party data is harder to replace with rented audiences, and thin comparison content is easier for search and AI answers to ignore. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-trends - [B2B content marketing trends](https://omentir.com/b2b-content-marketing-trends.md): B2B content in 2026 is moving toward assets a buying committee can use: product docs, honest comparison pages, and short video that shows the job. Volume blogs that restate the category are cheaper to produce and easier to ignore. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-content-marketing-trends - [How to follow B2B marketing news](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-news.md): B2B marketing news is a mix of practitioner reporting, research, and vendor announcements. The skill is building a short reading list and treating surveys as claims with methods, not as orders for your roadmap. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-news - [How to use B2B marketing benchmarks](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-benchmarks.md): A B2B marketing benchmark is someone else's average. Use it as a smell test for whether your conversion rates are implausible, not as a funnel to copy. Your ICP, price, and sales process will not match the survey. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-benchmarks - [B2B marketing metrics that match the pipeline](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-metrics.md): The B2B marketing metrics that matter are the ones that explain pipeline: opportunities created, pipeline value, win rate, cycle time, and cost to create an opportunity. Traffic, followers, and email list size are supporting numbers. They are not the score. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-metrics - [B2B marketing attribution, and where it breaks](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-attribution.md): Attribution tries to give credit for a B2B deal to one or more touches. First-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch models all fail in different ways because committees, dark social, and long cycles do not look like a retail checkout. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-attribution - [B2B marketing data: first party, bought lists, and decay](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-data.md): B2B marketing data is the information you use to find and talk to accounts: people, firms, intent, and engagement. First-party data you collected with consent ages better than a bought list, but both decay. Job changes and domain churn are the tax. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-data - [B2B marketing database: CRM, warehouse, or vendor file](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-database.md): A B2B marketing database is the living system of accounts and people you operate from. That should be a CRM, sometimes backed by a warehouse. A CSV from a lead vendor is a file. It is not a database until someone owns duplicates, consent, and write rules. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-database - [B2B lead generation: inbound, outbound, and partners](https://omentir.com/b2b-lead-generation.md): B2B lead generation is the work of creating conversations with people who can buy. The three durable sources are inbound (they find you), outbound (you find them), and partners (someone they already trust introduces you). Mix them on purpose. Do not count the same person three times. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-lead-generation - [B2B marketing automation: scoring, nurture, and routing](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-automation.md): B2B marketing automation is the software and rules that score people, send nurture, and route the right record to the right seller. It is not a LinkedIn sending tool. If your mental model is "blast the database," you are describing a mail merge, not automation. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-automation - [B2B marketing tools, by job rather than by logo](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-tools.md): A B2B marketing stack is a map of jobs: CRM, marketing automation, data, content and web, paid, and analytics. Buying logos first is how you pay for seats nobody logs into. Buy in the order the work already exists. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-tools - [When to hire a B2B marketing agency](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-agency.md): A B2B marketing agency is a hired team that runs some of the work: demand, content, paid, brand, or a mix. Hire when you have a brief, a budget, and an internal owner. Do not hire to rent a strategy you have not chosen. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-agency - [How to evaluate B2B marketing agencies (not a fake top 10)](https://omentir.com/top-b2b-marketing-agencies.md): There is no honest public ranking of the "top B2B marketing agencies" that matches your ICP, ACV, and motion. Directories and award lists are research inputs. Build a shortlist from fit, proof in your category, and a paid trial of the working team. HTML: https://omentir.com/top-b2b-marketing-agencies - [What a B2B marketing company actually sells](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-company.md): A B2B marketing company sells marketing work to businesses that sell to businesses: strategy, campaigns, content, paid, brand, or a retained team. The label is used by agencies, specialist studios, and sometimes by software vendors who wrap services around a product. Ask what you are buying. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-company - [B2B marketing services: retainer, project, or fractional](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-services.md): B2B marketing services are packaged ways to buy help: a monthly retainer, a fixed project, or a fractional person inside your team. The commercial model decides who sets priorities, how fast you can stop, and whether you are buying output or judgment. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-services - [B2B marketing solutions: software, services, and the bundle](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-solutions.md): Vendors use "B2B marketing solutions" to mean a product, a service, or both sold together. The bundle can reduce integration work. It can also hide weak modules and make it hard to leave. Ask what you could unbundle in a year. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-solutions - [B2B marketing consulting versus doing the work](https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-consulting.md): B2B marketing consulting is diagnosis and a recommended plan: ICP, motion, org design, measurement. Doing the work is campaigns, assets, and ops. Buy them as different contracts. A slide deck that nobody implements is not cheaper than a junior hire. It is just quieter. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-marketing-consulting - [B2B content marketing: thought leadership versus product pages](https://omentir.com/b2b-content-marketing.md): How B2B teams split editorial work from product content, and why distribution is the part most calendars skip. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-content-marketing - [When a B2B content marketing agency is worth the retainer](https://omentir.com/b2b-content-marketing-agencies.md): How to brief a content shop, when SEO production helps, and when you are paying for ghostwriting you could skip. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-content-marketing-agencies - [B2B video marketing: demos, stories, LinkedIn native, and YouTube](https://omentir.com/b2b-video-marketing.md): Which videos belong in a sales cycle, and why LinkedIn native and YouTube reward different production habits. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-video-marketing - [B2B performance marketing: paid pipeline and CAC](https://omentir.com/b2b-performance-marketing.md): How paid channels create pipeline you can audit, where CAC lies, and what Google Ads is actually good for in B2B. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-performance-marketing - [B2B growth marketing: experiments, brand, and who owns the work](https://omentir.com/b2b-growth-marketing.md): Where growth teams should run tests, where brand still decides, and how to stop the ownership fight. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-growth-marketing - [B2B brand marketing is category work, not a campaign flight](https://omentir.com/b2b-brand-marketing.md): How category design, verbal consistency, and sales language do more than ads, and where ads still help. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-brand-marketing - [B2B event marketing: field, webinars, dinners, and what to measure](https://omentir.com/b2b-event-marketing.md): How to choose between trade shows, webinars, and small dinners, and which numbers are pipeline versus theater. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-event-marketing - [B2B influencer marketing is analysts and practitioners, not fame](https://omentir.com/b2b-influencer-marketing.md): Who actually moves a B2B buying committee, and how to work with them without copying consumer creator playbooks. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-influencer-marketing - [What a B2B influencer marketing agency does, in contracts and disclosures](https://omentir.com/b2b-influencer-marketing-agency.md): Matchmaking, production, and legal hygiene: how to hire a B2B creator agency without buying a consumer playbook. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-influencer-marketing-agency - [B2B SaaS marketing: PLG, sales-led, trials, and product-led content](https://omentir.com/b2b-saas-marketing.md): How distribution changes when the product can sell itself, and what still belongs to sales even then. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-saas-marketing - [B2B healthcare marketing: compliance, long cycles, and who you can email](https://omentir.com/b2b-healthcare-marketing.md): How healthtech and healthcare suppliers market to systems and clinics without treating the inbox like a consumer list. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-healthcare-marketing - [B2B manufacturing marketing through distributors, SKUs, and plant visits](https://omentir.com/b2b-manufacturing-marketing.md): How manufacturers reach plants and OEMs when the catalog is long and the order often goes through someone else's sales force. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-manufacturing-marketing - [B2B technology marketing for developers and economic buyers](https://omentir.com/b2b-technology-marketing.md): How to talk to the person who will implement the tool and the person who will sign, without making one page do both jobs. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-technology-marketing - [LinkedIn B2B marketing: organic, ads, and one-to-one outreach](https://omentir.com/linkedin-b2b-marketing.md): Three different jobs that share a login. Mixing them in one metric is how teams burn the account and the budget together. HTML: https://omentir.com/linkedin-b2b-marketing - [B2B email marketing: nurture versus cold, and the domain you can lose](https://omentir.com/b2b-email-marketing.md): Lifecycle mail and cold outbound share a channel and almost nothing else. Domain reputation is the constraint both ignore until it breaks. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-email-marketing - [B2B SEO for comparison pages, docs, and real search intent](https://omentir.com/b2b-seo.md): Which pages deserve to rank in a B2B buying cycle, and why thin template URLs are a waste of crawl and trust. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-seo - [B2B social media marketing: LinkedIn, X, and the rooms that are not 'social'](https://omentir.com/b2b-social-media-marketing.md): Where B2B buyers actually spend attention, and why a cross-posted calendar is usually the wrong object. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-social-media-marketing - [B2B digital marketing as a channel mix and a scoreboard](https://omentir.com/b2b-digital-marketing.md): How search, social, email, and the website work as one mix, and how to measure the mix without lying to yourself. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-digital-marketing - [B2B online marketing when the buyer never walks into your office](https://omentir.com/b2b-online-marketing.md): Website, search, and remote buying: how companies sell when the evaluation happens in a browser, not on a plant floor or a showroom. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-online-marketing - [Hiring a B2B email marketing agency for lifecycle versus cold outbound](https://omentir.com/b2b-email-marketing-agency.md): Lifecycle shops and outbound shops both send mail. Mixing them in one retainer is how you get the wrong list and the wrong voice. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-email-marketing-agency - [Hiring a B2B digital marketing agency in the UK](https://omentir.com/b2b-digital-marketing-agency-uk.md): GDPR, PECR, VAT, and whether a London shop or a regional one fits the motion you actually run. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-digital-marketing-agency-uk - [B2B business marketing, in the language people actually search](https://omentir.com/b2b-business-marketing.md): Why 'business marketing' usually means marketing to other companies, and how that work overlaps with B2B without being a second subject. HTML: https://omentir.com/b2b-business-marketing - [What is email marketing?](https://omentir.com/what-is-email-marketing.md): Permission, lists, and the split between campaigns and transactional mail. What counts as email marketing, and what sits in the email aisle instead. HTML: https://omentir.com/what-is-email-marketing - [Email marketing campaigns](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-campaigns.md): The anatomy of a campaign: audience, offer, send window, and a test you will actually read. Goals first, creative second. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-campaigns - [What an email marketing company sells](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-company.md): Software, agency hours, and lists all show up under 'email marketing company.' Those are different products. Here is how to tell them apart. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-company - [Free email marketing: what the tier actually includes](https://omentir.com/free-email-marketing.md): Free plans exist. They cap contacts, monthly sends, and branding. When they work, when they stall, and an honest look at Mailchimp's free tier. HTML: https://omentir.com/free-email-marketing - [Digital marketing, with email in its place](https://omentir.com/digital-marketing.md): Paid, owned, and earned media. Email is one owned channel. Search, social, and sites do different jobs. Do not flatten them into one stack. HTML: https://omentir.com/digital-marketing - [Email marketing services versus a platform login](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-services.md): Done-for-you retainers, setup projects, and self-serve ESPs. What you buy, what you still own, and how the scopes differ. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-services - [What email marketing actually costs](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-cost.md): Software, design, the list, and send volume. Typical ranges, not fake price tags. Domain warmup sits in the email aisle. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-cost - [Email marketing software, by ESP category](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-software.md): ESPs are not one product. Newsletter tools, commerce engines, B2B hubs, and transactional APIs solve different jobs. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-software - [Email marketing tools around the ESP](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-tools.md): Point tools for design, inbox testing, and analytics. They sit next to the ESP. They are not a second Mailchimp. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-tools - [Video in email: GIF, thumbnail, and what clients actually play](https://omentir.com/video-email-marketing.md): Most inbox clients will not play a real video file. Thumbnails, GIFs, and a click-out to YouTube or a landing page. Accessibility still applies. HTML: https://omentir.com/video-email-marketing - [Email marketing agencies: retainers and who owns the list](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-agency.md): What a retainer buys, who should admin the ESP, and the contract clauses that matter when you leave. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-agency - [Email marketing automation: flows versus blasts](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-automation.md): Welcome, abandon, and nurture fire on behavior. Campaigns fire on a calendar. Mixing them is how last year's launch keeps sending. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-automation - [Email marketing platforms: all-in-one versus ESP plus CRM](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-platform.md): A platform is the architecture choice. One vendor for CRM and mail, or a specialist ESP next to Salesforce. Switching costs are the real tax. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-platform - [Email marketing jobs: manager, specialist, lifecycle](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-jobs.md): What those titles actually do, how they differ, and what hiring managers look for besides a pretty Mailchimp screenshot. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-jobs - [Email marketing design: templates, dark mode, accessibility](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-design.md): Email is a narrow HTML document. Templates, dark-mode inversion, alt text, and contrast. Pretty Figma files are not the deliverable. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-design - [Email marketing best practices that still hold](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-best-practices.md): Consent, list hygiene, and frequency. Authentication and warmup are email-aisle work. Skip the recycled 'best time to send' trivia. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-best-practices - [Email marketing examples: B2B and ecommerce are different species](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-examples.md): The emails that tend to work for B2B (updates, invites, sales follow-up) versus ecommerce (welcome, abandon, post-purchase). Do not copy one into the other. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-examples - [Email marketing strategy: calendar, segments, offer](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-strategy.md): A strategy is the send calendar, who is in each segment, and what you are actually asking for. Tactics come after those three. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-strategy - [Direct email marketing: mailboxes, paper, and one-to-one](https://omentir.com/direct-email-marketing.md): Direct mail is paper. Email is digital. 'Direct' also means 1:1 sales mail. Three ideas share a phrase. Keep them straight. HTML: https://omentir.com/direct-email-marketing - [What HubSpot is (CRM plus hubs, not a full review)](https://omentir.com/hubspot.md): HubSpot is a CRM company with marketing, sales, and service hubs. Email is part of Marketing Hub. This is a map, not a feature-by-feature review. HTML: https://omentir.com/hubspot - [HubSpot email marketing](https://omentir.com/hubspot-email-marketing.md): How marketing email actually works inside HubSpot: lists, workflows, sales mail versus bulk sends, and the traps teams hit after they import contacts. HTML: https://omentir.com/hubspot-email-marketing - [How to do email marketing](https://omentir.com/how-to-do-email-marketing.md): A first email program in order: permission, one list, one offer, a sending tool, four messages, and a way to know if it worked. HTML: https://omentir.com/how-to-do-email-marketing - [CRM email marketing](https://omentir.com/crm-email-marketing.md): When to send from the CRM versus a dedicated email tool, how logging helps sales, and why marketing blasts inside a CRM still need ESP habits. HTML: https://omentir.com/crm-email-marketing - [Small business email marketing](https://omentir.com/small-business-email-marketing.md): How a tiny list actually gets run: time budget, cheap tools, one promise, and the mistakes that burn a local or early-stage sender. HTML: https://omentir.com/small-business-email-marketing - [Best email marketing tools](https://omentir.com/best-email-marketing-tools.md): How to assemble an email stack (capture, send, auth, measure) without a fake top 10. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-templates - [Influencer marketing](https://omentir.com/influencer-marketing.md): How creator deals actually work: disclosure, B2B versus consumer, and where newsletters fit compared with social posts. HTML: https://omentir.com/influencer-marketing - [Mailchimp](https://omentir.com/mailchimp.md): What Mailchimp is, who still uses it well, and where a generalist audience tool stops fitting as the list and the data get more specific. HTML: https://omentir.com/mailchimp - [Email marketing trends](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-trends.md): Shifts that actually changed sending: bulk-sender rules, broken open rates, first-party lists, and machine-written drafts. No invented percentages. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-trends - [Ecommerce email marketing](https://omentir.com/ecommerce-email-marketing.md): Store email that follows the cart: browse, abandon, post-purchase, and replenishment, plus why catalog data matters more than campaign art. HTML: https://omentir.com/ecommerce-email-marketing - [Email marketing course](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-course.md): How to pick a course worth the hours: curriculum to demand, what to learn first, and which programs are just a vendor demo with a certificate. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-course - [Email marketing news](https://omentir.com/email-marketing-news.md): Where to watch real changes: Gmail and Yahoo rules, Apple and Outlook clients, ESP changelogs. Not a rumor roundup. HTML: https://omentir.com/email-marketing-news - [AI email marketing](https://omentir.com/ai-email-marketing.md): Using models to draft campaigns versus letting them send. Where they help, where they invent, and the review queue you still need. HTML: https://omentir.com/ai-email-marketing - [Social media marketing](https://omentir.com/social-media-marketing.md): Organic posts versus paid social, what you rent from an algorithm, and why email is still the channel you keep when the feed changes. HTML: https://omentir.com/best-email-marketing-platforms ## Help - [How many LinkedIn connection requests can I send per week?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-linkedin-connection-requests-per-week.md): LinkedIn does not publish a fixed weekly invite number. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-linkedin-connection-requests-per-week - [How many LinkedIn connection requests can I send per day?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-linkedin-connection-requests-per-day.md): There is no official daily LinkedIn invite quota. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-withdraw-pending-linkedin-invitations - [How many pending LinkedIn invitations is too many?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-pending-linkedin-invitations-is-too-many.md): Keep pending invites well under a thousand. A large ignored pile is a spam signal, and around 1,500 LinkedIn may block new invites entirely. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-pending-linkedin-invitations-is-too-many - [Does LinkedIn notify someone if I withdraw a connection request?](https://omentir.com/help/does-linkedin-notify-when-you-withdraw-a-request.md): No. Withdrawing a pending invitation does not send the other person a notification. If they already accepted, you cannot withdraw it. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/does-linkedin-notify-when-you-withdraw-a-request - [Why was my LinkedIn account restricted for outreach?](https://omentir.com/help/why-was-my-linkedin-account-restricted.md): Most outreach restrictions come from volume spikes, low acceptance, "I don't know this person" reports, scraping extensions, or looking like a bot. Stop sending, then diagnose. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/why-was-my-linkedin-account-restricted - [How long does a LinkedIn account restriction last?](https://omentir.com/help/how-long-does-a-linkedin-restriction-last.md): Invitation limits often last about a week. A new or recovered account should not start at a seasoned seller's volume. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-warm-up-a-linkedin-account-for-outreach - [What is LinkedIn SSI and does it matter for outreach?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-ssi.md): SSI is LinkedIn's 0 to 100 social selling score. It measures how you use LinkedIn, not how many meetings you book. Treat it as a health check, not a quota. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-ssi - [How do I increase my LinkedIn SSI score?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-increase-linkedin-ssi.md): Fill the profile, search for people you actually sell to, comment with a point, and connect with a reason. SSI follows those habits. It does not need a separate campaign. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-increase-linkedin-ssi - [Why did LinkedIn say I reached my commercial search limit?](https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-commercial-search-limit.md): Free LinkedIn caps sales-style searching. When you hit the commercial use limit, search results shrink until the window resets. Sales Navigator is the paid search product. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-commercial-search-limit - [How many connections can I have on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-connections-can-i-have-on-linkedin.md): LinkedIn caps first-degree connections at 30,000. After that, people can follow you, but you cannot add more connections without removing some. Skip it when the reason is fake. A blank invite can beat a pitch that looks like an ad. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-include-a-note-with-linkedin-connection-request - [How long should a LinkedIn connection note be?](https://omentir.com/help/how-long-should-a-linkedin-connection-note-be.md): Keep connection notes under 200 characters, about two short sentences. The field is small on purpose. A pitch does not belong there. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-long-should-a-linkedin-connection-note-be - [How do I write a LinkedIn connection request that gets accepted?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-linkedin-connection-request.md): Pick people with a real trigger, write one specific sentence, skip the pitch, and make the profile look like a person worth accepting. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-linkedin-connection-request - [Why are my LinkedIn connection requests getting ignored?](https://omentir.com/help/why-are-my-linkedin-connection-requests-ignored.md): Most ignored invites are a targeting problem, a profile that looks like spam, or a note that is already a pitch. Volume is rarely the missing piece. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/why-are-my-linkedin-connection-requests-ignored - [Can I send LinkedIn connection requests to people I do not know?](https://omentir.com/help/can-i-send-linkedin-requests-to-people-i-dont-know.md): You can. LinkedIn still asks you to connect with people you know, and strangers can mark that you do not. Cold invites work when the reason is obvious and the volume stays low. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/can-i-send-linkedin-requests-to-people-i-dont-know - [What does "I don't know this person" do on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/what-does-i-dont-know-this-person-do-on-linkedin.md): It is a recipient report that you sent an invite to a stranger. A few of these can shrink your invitation room. It is one of the louder spam signals. Regular DMs still need a first-degree connection. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-message-someone-on-linkedin-without-connecting - [What is LinkedIn Open Profile?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-open-profile.md): Open Profile is a Premium setting that lets anyone send that member a message without using InMail credit. It is not unlimited, and not everyone has it on. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-open-profile - [How long should a LinkedIn cold message be?](https://omentir.com/help/how-long-should-a-linkedin-cold-message-be.md): Aim for two or three short sentences, roughly 150 to 300 characters, with one ask. LinkedIn will let you write 8,000 characters. Nobody wants that from a stranger. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-long-should-a-linkedin-cold-message-be - [What is a good LinkedIn message reply rate?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-linkedin-reply-rate.md): On cold lists, a few percent is common. On signal-based outreach after an accept, double digits is a healthier target. Measure replies after accept, not replies per invite sent. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-linkedin-reply-rate - [When should I send the first message after someone accepts?](https://omentir.com/help/when-to-send-first-linkedin-message-after-accept.md): Wait a day or two. A pitch in the same hour as the accept reads as automated and drops replies. Use that first DM to start a conversation, not to book a demo. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/when-to-send-first-linkedin-message-after-accept - [How many LinkedIn follow-up messages should I send?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-linkedin-follow-up-messages-should-i-send.md): Plan on a connection note, one real first DM, and one or two follow-ups. Three total messages is a common sweet spot. Five or more often performs worse. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-linkedin-follow-up-messages-should-i-send - [How do I follow up on LinkedIn without sounding spammy?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-follow-up-on-linkedin-without-being-spammy.md): Add a new fact, ask a smaller question, or close the loop. Do not bump. Do not guilt. Do not send the same paragraph again. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-follow-up-on-linkedin-without-being-spammy - [What is the best time to send LinkedIn outreach messages?](https://omentir.com/help/best-time-to-send-linkedin-outreach-messages.md): Weekday mornings in the prospect's time zone are a reasonable default. The bigger lever is whether the note is worth opening, not Tuesday at 9:07. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/best-time-to-send-linkedin-outreach-messages - [Should I add a calendar link in the first LinkedIn message?](https://omentir.com/help/should-i-add-a-calendly-link-in-the-first-linkedin-message.md): Usually no. A calendar link in the first DM asks for a meeting before they agreed there is a problem. Offer a time after they show interest. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-add-a-calendly-link-in-the-first-linkedin-message - [How do I book a meeting from a LinkedIn message?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-book-a-meeting-from-a-linkedin-message.md): Get a reply first, confirm there is a fit, then make scheduling easy. The meeting is the third step, not the opener. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-book-a-meeting-from-a-linkedin-message - [What do I say when a LinkedIn lead says not right now?](https://omentir.com/help/what-to-say-when-a-linkedin-lead-says-not-right-now.md): Ask one clarifying question about timing, then stop pitching. Put them on a longer follow-up. "Not now" is not "never," and it is also not "keep selling." HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-to-say-when-a-linkedin-lead-says-not-right-now - [How should I reply when they already use a competitor?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-reply-when-prospect-already-uses-a-competitor.md): Name the competitor, ask about one known gap, and do not trash them. "We already use X" is often an opening, not a closed door. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-reply-when-prospect-already-uses-a-competitor - [What is LinkedIn InMail and when should I use it?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-inmail.md): InMail is LinkedIn's paid message to people you are not connected with. Use it for a few high-value names with a real trigger, not as a replacement for a bad invite list. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-inmail - [How many InMail credits do I get with Sales Navigator?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-inmail-credits-does-sales-navigator-give.md): Sales Navigator Core includes 50 InMail credits per month. Unused credits can roll over up to a cap. Premium Business includes fewer. Check your plan page, because seats differ. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-inmail-credits-does-sales-navigator-give - [Do I get InMail credits back if someone replies?](https://omentir.com/help/do-inmail-credits-come-back-if-someone-replies.md): Usually yes, if they reply within LinkedIn's window, often 90 days on Sales Navigator. Ignore typically keeps the credit spent. Read the rule on your exact plan. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/do-inmail-credits-come-back-if-someone-replies - [Is Sales Navigator worth it for outbound?](https://omentir.com/help/is-sales-navigator-worth-it-for-outbound.md): Worth it if you live in lead and account search every day. Not worth it if you only wanted extra invites. Navigator does not raise the connection request cap. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/is-sales-navigator-worth-it-for-outbound - [What is the difference between LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator?](https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-premium-vs-sales-navigator.md): Premium is a broader paid LinkedIn membership. Sales Navigator is the sales search and InMail workspace. They are not the same seat, and InMail credits do not move between them. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-premium-vs-sales-navigator - [How do I find decision makers on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-find-decision-makers-on-linkedin.md): Search by title, company size, and geography, then verify they own the problem you solve. A VP in the wrong function is not a decision maker for you. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-find-decision-makers-on-linkedin - [What is an ICP for B2B sales?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-an-icp-for-b2b-sales.md): An ideal customer profile is a plain description of the company and person who actually buys, including who is a bad fit. If you cannot write it in a few lines, your outreach will sound generic. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-an-icp-for-b2b-sales - [Should I use LinkedIn or cold email for B2B outreach?](https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-vs-cold-email-for-b2b-outreach.md): Email scales. LinkedIn carries identity and context. Most teams that book meetings use both, with different jobs for each channel. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-vs-cold-email-for-b2b-outreach - [How do I run LinkedIn and cold email together?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-combine-linkedin-and-cold-email.md): Use one story across both channels, stagger the touches, and stop both when they reply anywhere. Parallel identical pitches on the same morning feel like a raid. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-combine-linkedin-and-cold-email - [How do I personalize LinkedIn outreach without spending hours?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-personalize-linkedin-outreach.md): Personalize the first line from one real public fact, then reuse a tight body. Research every account for an hour if the deal size pays for it. Do not fake uniqueness with a merge tag. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-personalize-linkedin-outreach - [What buying signals should I use before LinkedIn outreach?](https://omentir.com/help/what-buying-signals-to-use-before-linkedin-outreach.md): Use public events that imply a problem you can help with: hiring, new leaders, posts about the pain, product launches, funding, or a competitor they just engaged with. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-buying-signals-to-use-before-linkedin-outreach - [What is a good cold email reply rate?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-cold-email-reply-rate.md): A few percent overall is normal at scale. 5 to 10 percent is a healthy target on a tight list. Open rate is a weaker number than it used to be. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-cold-email-reply-rate - [How many cold emails can I send per day?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-cold-emails-can-i-send-per-day.md): Think tens per inbox, not thousands. New domains start lower. Scale by adding inboxes, not by slamming one mailbox. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-cold-emails-can-i-send-per-day - [How many follow-up emails should I send after a cold email?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-cold-email-follow-ups-should-i-send.md): Plan on two to four follow-ups, a few days apart, each with a new point. Most meetings come from the first few emails. Long sequences collect complaints. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-cold-email-follow-ups-should-i-send - [Why are my cold emails going to spam?](https://omentir.com/help/why-are-my-cold-emails-going-to-spam.md): Usually authentication, a new domain, too much volume, dirty data, or content that looks like a blast. Fix infrastructure before you rewrite the joke in the subject line. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/why-are-my-cold-emails-going-to-spam - [How long should a cold email be?](https://omentir.com/help/how-long-should-a-cold-email-be.md): Keep it around 50 to 80 words, one idea, one ask. If they have to scroll on a phone to find the question, it is too long. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-long-should-a-cold-email-be - [Is LinkedIn automation allowed?](https://omentir.com/help/is-linkedin-automation-allowed.md): LinkedIn's user agreement restricts bots, scraping, and automated use of the consumer product. Tools still exist. You own the account if it gets restricted. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/is-linkedin-automation-allowed - [Is cold outreach legal under GDPR and CAN-SPAM?](https://omentir.com/help/is-cold-outreach-legal-gdpr-can-spam.md): Cold B2B contact can be lawful, with different rules by channel and country. This is not legal advice. GDPR cares about how you process personal data. CAN-SPAM cares about commercial email. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/is-cold-outreach-legal-gdpr-can-spam - [How do I optimize my LinkedIn profile for outbound sales?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-optimize-linkedin-profile-for-outbound.md): Treat the profile as the landing page for every invite. Photo, headline, and About have to make a stranger comfortable accepting you. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-optimize-linkedin-profile-for-outbound - [What should a LinkedIn headline say for sales outreach?](https://omentir.com/help/what-should-a-linkedin-headline-say-for-sales.md): Say who you help and with what. Skip the slogan. The headline is what people see next to your invite. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-should-a-linkedin-headline-say-for-sales - [Does LinkedIn Open to Work hurt outbound?](https://omentir.com/help/does-linkedin-open-to-work-hurt-outbound.md): The green banner tells buyers you are looking for a job. That is a different story than "I sell something." Turn it off while you prospect, or expect confusion. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/does-linkedin-open-to-work-hurt-outbound - [Should I use a company logo as my LinkedIn photo?](https://omentir.com/help/should-i-use-a-logo-as-linkedin-photo.md): No for outbound. People accept people. A logo reads as a page, an ad, or a fake account. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-use-a-logo-as-linkedin-photo - [Does LinkedIn tell people I viewed their profile?](https://omentir.com/help/does-linkedin-show-when-i-view-a-profile.md): Yes, unless you browse in private mode. Public views are a feature. They can warm a name or look like stalking, depending on volume. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/does-linkedin-show-when-i-view-a-profile - [How do I use LinkedIn private mode for prospecting?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-use-linkedin-private-mode-for-prospecting.md): Private mode hides your identity on profile views. Use it for quiet research. Turn it off when you want the view itself to be a light touch. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-use-linkedin-private-mode-for-prospecting - [What is LinkedIn Creator Mode and does it help sales?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-creator-mode-for-sales.md): Creator Mode pushes follow, hashtags, and content tools. It can help inbound. It is optional for outbound, and the Follow button can replace Connect for some visitors. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-creator-mode-for-sales - [How do I see who viewed my LinkedIn profile?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-see-who-viewed-my-linkedin-profile.md): Open Who viewed your profile from your dashboard or search bar. Free accounts see a short list. Paid plans see more days of history. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-see-who-viewed-my-linkedin-profile - [How many LinkedIn profile views per day is safe?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-linkedin-profile-views-per-day.md): LinkedIn does not publish a daily view quota. Rapid hundreds of views, especially through an extension, are a known restriction trigger. Spread research across the day. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-linkedin-profile-views-per-day - [What is LinkedIn's 1,000 search result limit?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-1000-search-result-limit.md): Regular LinkedIn search paginates. You cannot walk forever through one query. Tighten filters or use Sales Navigator if you need a deeper lead search. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-1000-search-result-limit - [Why can't I add a note to a LinkedIn connection request?](https://omentir.com/help/why-cant-i-add-a-note-to-linkedin-connection-request.md): Free accounts are often rationed on personalized notes. Some surfaces also hide the note field. Paid plans can attach notes more freely. The invite still sends without one. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/why-cant-i-add-a-note-to-linkedin-connection-request - [Can I export LinkedIn search results?](https://omentir.com/help/can-i-export-linkedin-search-results.md): Not as a supported dump from the consumer search page. Sales Navigator and Recruiter have their own export and list tools. Scrapers violate the user agreement. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/can-i-export-linkedin-search-results - [What is a LinkedIn 2nd-degree connection?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-linkedin-2nd-degree-connection.md): A 2nd-degree connection shares a mutual first-degree connection with you. Invites to them often accept better because a name they know appears. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-linkedin-2nd-degree-connection - [How do I message LinkedIn group members without connecting?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-message-linkedin-group-members.md): Some groups still allow member-to-member messages. The rules change, and spam in groups gets people removed. Keep it as short as an invite note. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-message-linkedin-group-members - [Can I send LinkedIn messages in bulk?](https://omentir.com/help/can-i-send-linkedin-messages-in-bulk.md): Not in a way LinkedIn blesses for cold outreach. Identical blasts look like spam, burn reply rates, and can restrict the account. Sequence a small list with gaps instead. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/can-i-send-linkedin-messages-in-bulk - [How do I recover a LinkedIn account after too many ignored invites?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-recover-linkedin-after-too-many-ignores.md): Stop sending to strangers for a bit, withdraw stale pending invites, and only ask people with a clear reason. Acceptance has to recover before volume does. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-recover-linkedin-after-too-many-ignores - [How do I appeal a LinkedIn restriction?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-appeal-a-linkedin-restriction.md): Read the notice, do what it asks once, and send one factual appeal if a form exists. Do not appeal daily, and do not open a second profile to dodge it. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-appeal-a-linkedin-restriction - [What is LinkedIn's Focused inbox?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-focused-inbox.md): Incoming invitations and messages can land in Focused or Other. Low-trust invites sit where people do not look. That is one reason "sent" is not the same as "seen." HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-focused-inbox - [How do I write a LinkedIn InMail subject line?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-linkedin-inmail-subject-line.md): Keep it short and specific. Name the trigger. Skip clickbait. LinkedIn's subject field is small, and it does a lot of the open. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-linkedin-inmail-subject-line - [What is a good LinkedIn InMail response rate?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-inmail-response-rate.md): Targeted InMails often get quoted in a 10 to 25 percent reply band. Spray InMail does worse. Credits make this a paid-media number, not a vanity open rate. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-inmail-response-rate - [Should I pitch in the LinkedIn connection request?](https://omentir.com/help/should-i-pitch-in-the-linkedin-connection-request.md): No. The invite's job is to get accepted. A product pitch in the note is why people hit Ignore or "I don't know this person." HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-pitch-in-the-linkedin-connection-request - [How do I write a LinkedIn breakup message?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-linkedin-breakup-message.md): Close the loop in one calm sentence. No guilt, no sarcasm, no fake deadline. A breakup is how you stop without looking desperate. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-linkedin-breakup-message - [What do I do when a LinkedIn prospect ghosts me?](https://omentir.com/help/what-to-do-when-linkedin-prospect-ghosts-you.md): If they never replied, send one useful follow-up or a breakup, then stop. If they replied and vanished, bump once with a smaller ask. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-to-do-when-linkedin-prospect-ghosts-you - [How do I ask for a referral on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-ask-for-a-referral-on-linkedin.md): Ask people who actually know you, name who you want, and make the intro easy to ignore. Cold "can you intro me to your CEO" from a new accept is a tax. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-ask-for-a-referral-on-linkedin - [How do I reach the C-suite on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-reach-c-suite-on-linkedin.md): Write shorter, pick a business trigger, and often go through a champion first. Executives ignore vendor novels. They sometimes answer a sharp observation. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-reach-c-suite-on-linkedin - [How do I comment on LinkedIn posts before outreach?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-comment-on-linkedin-before-outreach.md): Leave a specific comment that could stand without a follow-up DM. Then wait. A "Great post!" followed by a pitch is a known pattern. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-comment-on-linkedin-before-outreach - [Should I like a prospect's post before connecting?](https://omentir.com/help/should-i-like-a-prospect-post-before-connecting.md): A like is a weak warmup. A specific comment is stronger. A like-then-pitch the same morning is a tell. Skip the ritual if you have nothing to add. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-like-a-prospect-post-before-connecting - [What is a LinkedIn outreach cadence?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-linkedin-outreach-cadence.md): A cadence is the timed series of invites, DMs, and maybe emails you send one person. Three LinkedIn steps is a common shape. More is often worse. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-linkedin-outreach-cadence - [How do I A/B test LinkedIn messages?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-ab-test-linkedin-messages.md): Change one thing, keep the list comparable, and wait for enough sends. Testing Tuesday versus a new ICP at the same time teaches you nothing. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-ab-test-linkedin-messages - [How do I handle "send me more information" on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-handle-send-me-more-information.md): Send a short written answer plus one link, then ask which part matters. A 20-page PDF is how the thread dies. They asked for information, not a novel. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-handle-send-me-more-information - [What do I say when a LinkedIn prospect says not interested?](https://omentir.com/help/what-to-say-when-linkedin-prospect-says-not-interested.md): Thank them, stop pitching, and leave. "Not interested" is a closed door. Arguing with it is how you get marked as spam. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-to-say-when-linkedin-prospect-says-not-interested - [How do I follow up after a demo no-show?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-follow-up-after-a-demo-no-show.md): Bump once the same day with a new time, stay calm, and do not guilt them. One no-show is common. Three chases is a campaign against their calendar. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-follow-up-after-a-demo-no-show - [Can I use ChatGPT to write LinkedIn messages?](https://omentir.com/help/can-i-use-chatgpt-to-write-linkedin-messages.md): Yes as a draft helper. No as an unsupervised sender. Generic model copy is easy to spot and can accept worse than a short human template. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/can-i-use-chatgpt-to-write-linkedin-messages - [How do I send a LinkedIn voice message?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-send-a-linkedin-voice-message.md): Voice notes are for first-degree chats where a voice is not creepy. Keep it under 30 seconds. Most cold outbound should stay text. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-send-a-linkedin-voice-message - [How do I use LinkedIn Sales Navigator Boolean search?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-use-sales-navigator-boolean-search.md): Boolean lets you combine titles and keywords with AND, OR, and NOT. Use it to cut junk, not to write a novel of operators. Tight filters beat clever strings. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-use-sales-navigator-boolean-search - [How do I build a LinkedIn prospecting list?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-build-a-linkedin-prospecting-list.md): Start from ICP and a trigger, pull a slice you can work this week, and verify each profile. A 5,000-row dump is not a list. It is a postponement. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-build-a-linkedin-prospecting-list - [Should I target accounts or contacts first?](https://omentir.com/help/should-i-target-accounts-or-contacts-first.md): Pick the company if the deal is big and political. Pick the person if the product is bought by one founder or one team lead. Most B2B motions need both, in that order. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-target-accounts-or-contacts-first - [How do I find work emails from LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-find-work-emails-from-linkedin.md): LinkedIn will not hand you a mailbox dump. Use a data provider you can explain, or ask after they reply. Guessing addresses from names burns domains. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-find-work-emails-from-linkedin - [Is it OK to scrape LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/is-it-ok-to-scrape-linkedin.md): LinkedIn's user agreement restricts scraping and unauthorized bots. You can still lose the account, face a contract claim, and create a GDPR mess. Copying a few names by hand is research. A harvester is not. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/is-it-ok-to-scrape-linkedin - [What is LinkedIn TeamLink?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-teamlink.md): TeamLink shows how your colleagues connect you to a prospect in Sales Navigator. It is a path to a real intro, not a magic warm lead button. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-linkedin-teamlink - [How do I qualify a LinkedIn lead?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-qualify-a-linkedin-lead.md): Check fit, problem, timing, and whether they can buy or champion. A reply is not a qualified lead. A title match is not either. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-qualify-a-linkedin-lead - [What is BANT and should I use it?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-bant-in-b2b-sales.md): BANT is Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline. It is a qualification checklist, not a script to fire into a first LinkedIn DM. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-bant-in-b2b-sales - [How do I get past a gatekeeper on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-get-past-a-gatekeeper-on-linkedin.md): Treat assistants and chiefs of staff as people with power. Ask how they prefer to route you. Going around them in a rude DM is how you never get the meeting. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-get-past-a-gatekeeper-on-linkedin - [Should founders do their own outbound?](https://omentir.com/help/should-founders-do-their-own-outbound.md): Yes at the start. You learn the ICP from the replies. Hire an SDR after the message and the buyer are repeatable, not to avoid the learning. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-founders-do-their-own-outbound - [How do I start outbound with no SDR team?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-start-outbound-with-no-sdr.md): Pick one ICP, one channel, a conservative daily cap, and a simple cadence. Ship 20 conversations before you buy a stack. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-start-outbound-with-no-sdr - [Is LinkedIn or cold calling better for B2B?](https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-vs-cold-calling-for-b2b.md): Calls convert live conversations at a high rate and do not scale like LinkedIn or email. Use the phone on warmed names. Use LinkedIn to create the context. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-vs-cold-calling-for-b2b - [How do I measure LinkedIn outreach ROI?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-measure-linkedin-outreach-roi.md): Count meetings and revenue against time, seats, and tools. Do not count sends as ROI. A busy week with no conversations is a cost. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-measure-linkedin-outreach-roi - [What metrics should I track for LinkedIn outbound?](https://omentir.com/help/what-metrics-to-track-for-linkedin-outbound.md): Watch acceptance, reply rate, positive replies, meetings, and pending pile. Sends only tell you that you were busy. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-metrics-to-track-for-linkedin-outbound - [How many touches does it take to book a B2B meeting?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-touches-to-book-a-b2b-meeting.md): Often several, across a couple of weeks, not one perfect note. Most teams that book meetings use more than one channel. They still stop before they become a nuisance. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-touches-to-book-a-b2b-meeting - [What is a good outbound meeting booked rate?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-outbound-meeting-booked-rate.md): As a share of sends, meetings are a small number. A percent or two of delivered email, or a healthy share of positive LinkedIn replies, is a more honest target than a fantasy conversion chart. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-outbound-meeting-booked-rate - [What is social selling?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-social-selling.md): Social selling is using networks like LinkedIn to find buyers, start conversations, and stay visible, instead of only cold-calling a list. It is not a license to spam DMs. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-social-selling - [What is an SQL vs an MQL in B2B outbound?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-sql-vs-mql.md): An MQL is a marketing-qualified lead. An SQL is sales-qualified. Outbound LinkedIn replies are usually neither until a human says they fit and want a next step. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-sql-vs-mql - [What is a good cold email subject line?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-cold-email-subject-line.md): Specific and boring beats clever. Name the trigger or the topic. Mystery and "Quick question" train filters and humans to skip you. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-cold-email-subject-line - [Do I need SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for cold email?](https://omentir.com/help/do-i-need-spf-dkim-dmarc-for-cold-email.md): Yes. Mailbox providers expect authentication. Sending without them is how you land in spam before the copy gets a chance. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/do-i-need-spf-dkim-dmarc-for-cold-email - [How long should I warm up a cold email domain?](https://omentir.com/help/how-long-to-warm-up-a-cold-email-domain.md): Plan on two to four weeks of rising, real-looking volume before a campaign. A new domain that sends like an old server on day one buys a spam folder. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-long-to-warm-up-a-cold-email-domain - [What is a good cold email bounce rate?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-cold-email-bounce-rate.md): Keep hard bounces under about 2 percent. Higher usually means bad data. Providers treat bounce spikes as a reason to distrust the domain. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-cold-email-bounce-rate - [Should I use a separate domain for cold email?](https://omentir.com/help/should-i-use-a-separate-domain-for-cold-email.md): Usually yes if you also send customer mail from the root domain. A complaint spike on founder@company.com can hurt the mail your customers need. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-use-a-separate-domain-for-cold-email - [How many inboxes do I need for cold email?](https://omentir.com/help/how-many-inboxes-for-cold-email.md): Start with one well-warmed inbox. Add more when you hit a safe per-inbox cap, not to hide a spam problem. Each inbox is a reputation to babysit. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-many-inboxes-for-cold-email - [Is cold email still working in 2026?](https://omentir.com/help/is-cold-email-still-working.md): Yes, at lower reply rates, with better data and shorter copy. The blast version is sicker than it was. Tight lists still book meetings. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/is-cold-email-still-working - [How do I write a cold email first line?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-cold-email-first-line.md): Open with a fact about them they would recognize, not a compliment about "your impressive work." The first line decides if the rest gets read. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-cold-email-first-line - [Should I personalize every cold email?](https://omentir.com/help/should-i-personalize-every-cold-email.md): Personalize the first line when you have a real fact. Do not fake uniqueness with a model and a merge tag. Segment-level copy is honest at scale. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-personalize-every-cold-email - [What is email verification and why does it matter?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-email-verification.md): Verification checks whether an address can receive mail before you send. It cuts bounces, which protects the domain. It does not make the person want your product. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-email-verification - [Can I cold email Gmail addresses?](https://omentir.com/help/can-i-cold-email-gmail-addresses.md): You can. Personal Gmail is harsher on unknown senders and easier for people to spam-button. Prefer work email for B2B when you have it. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/can-i-cold-email-gmail-addresses - [How do I handle cold email unsubscribes?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-handle-cold-email-unsubscribes.md): Remove them fast, from every list, and do not email them again. CAN-SPAM expects a working opt-out. Arguing in a reply is how complaints happen. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-handle-cold-email-unsubscribes - [What is a spam complaint rate for cold email?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-spam-complaint-rate.md): Complaints are people hitting Report spam. Keep them extremely low, well under half a percent, ideally under 0.1 percent. A spike can park the domain. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-spam-complaint-rate - [Should cold emails include images?](https://omentir.com/help/should-cold-emails-include-images.md): Skip images on first touch. They trip filters, look like marketing, and often get blocked. Plain text with one link is enough. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-cold-emails-include-images - [How do I write a cold email breakup?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-cold-email-breakup.md): One short, calm last note that you will stop. No guilt. No fake expiration. Then stop, including LinkedIn if they were on both. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-a-cold-email-breakup - [What is a good cold email open rate?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-cold-email-open-rate.md): People still quote 40 to 60 percent as healthy. Treat opens as a spam alarm, not a success metric. Privacy features inflate the number. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-a-good-cold-email-open-rate - [Is CASL stricter than CAN-SPAM?](https://omentir.com/help/is-casl-stricter-than-can-spam.md): Yes in spirit. Canada's anti-spam law leans toward consent for commercial electronic messages. CAN-SPAM is more about opt-out and honest headers. If you email Canada, do not copy a US-only playbook. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/is-casl-stricter-than-can-spam - [How do I prevent my LinkedIn from looking like a sales bot?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-prevent-linkedin-from-looking-like-a-bot.md): Send like a person: gaps, a real photo, different first lines, no same-minute pitch after accept. Daily caps and a complete profile do more than a "humanizer" slider. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-prevent-linkedin-from-looking-like-a-bot - [Why are my LinkedIn contact discovery tools giving me so many bounced emails and wrong numbers?](https://omentir.com/help/why-are-linkedin-contact-discovery-tools-bouncing.md): Those tools are guessing from a profile, not reading a mailbox LinkedIn keeps. Stale jobs, pattern emails, catch-alls, and recycled phone data are the usual mess. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/why-are-linkedin-contact-discovery-tools-bouncing - [Why are my LinkedIn prospecting efforts failing with 30% bounce rates?](https://omentir.com/help/why-are-linkedin-prospecting-efforts-failing-with-30-percent-bounce.md): A 30 percent bounce is list failure, not a LinkedIn DM problem. Pause sending, throw out the file, and stop treating enrichment confidence as a send button. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/why-are-linkedin-prospecting-efforts-failing-with-30-percent-bounce - [Why are phone numbers from LinkedIn enrichment tools so often wrong?](https://omentir.com/help/why-are-linkedin-phone-numbers-from-enrichment-wrong.md): Most tools never saw the person's phone. They match a name to an old broker record, a company main line, or a prior employee. Treat the number as a hypothesis. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/why-are-linkedin-phone-numbers-from-enrichment-wrong - [How do I nurture leads without harassing them?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-nurture-leads-without-harassing-them.md): Stay useful, leave gaps, and stop when they go quiet. Nurture is a calendar and a reason, not a longer sequence. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-nurture-leads-without-harassing-them - [How do I warm up a LinkedIn account for automation?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-warm-up-a-linkedin-account-for-automation.md): Use the account as a person first. Then turn on a tool at a fraction of a seasoned volume. A warmup slider is not a substitute for a complete profile and quiet weeks. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-warm-up-a-linkedin-account-for-automation - [What are common LinkedIn outreach mistakes to avoid?](https://omentir.com/help/common-linkedin-outreach-mistakes.md): Pitching in the invite, blasting a wide list, same-hour DMs after accept, and identical first lines. Most "LinkedIn doesn't work" stories start there. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/common-linkedin-outreach-mistakes - [What mistakes should I avoid with LinkedIn automation tools?](https://omentir.com/help/mistakes-with-linkedin-automation-tools.md): Vendor default volumes, cloud sessions you cannot see, scraping add-ons, and copy that only a bot would send. The tool is optional. The restriction is yours. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/mistakes-with-linkedin-automation-tools - [How do I build a relationship on LinkedIn before I pitch?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-build-relationships-before-a-linkedin-pitch.md): Earn a little context: a real comment, a specific invite, a first DM that is not a meeting ask. Then pitch once. Skipping the context is why cold feels colder. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-build-relationships-before-a-linkedin-pitch - [Should I auto-accept LinkedIn connection invitations?](https://omentir.com/help/should-i-auto-accept-linkedin-invitations.md): Usually no for a sales seat. Auto-accept fills the graph with recruiters, bots, and people you will never message on purpose. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/should-i-auto-accept-linkedin-invitations - [How do I check LinkedIn-sourced contact data before I email?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-check-contact-data-before-cold-email.md): Confirm they still work there, verify the mailbox, skip catch-alls, and send a 20-person test. Confidence scores from a finder are not a test. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-check-contact-data-before-cold-email - [Why can I not connect with someone on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/why-cant-i-connect-with-someone-on-linkedin.md): The Connect button hides when you already invited them, they invited you, you hit a limit, they restrict invites, or LinkedIn is throttling the account. Check pending and the weekly pause first. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/why-cant-i-connect-with-someone-on-linkedin - [If you follow someone on LinkedIn, can you message them?](https://omentir.com/help/if-you-follow-someone-on-linkedin-can-you-message-them.md): No. Follow is one-way. A normal DM still needs a first-degree connection, InMail, Open Profile, or another surface LinkedIn actually offers. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/if-you-follow-someone-on-linkedin-can-you-message-them - [What does "Something unexpected happened. Please try again" mean on LinkedIn?](https://omentir.com/help/something-unexpected-happened-please-try-again-linkedin.md): It is LinkedIn's generic failure. Often a stale session, a rate limit, a flaky extension, or a save that did not write. It is not a secret invite code. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/something-unexpected-happened-please-try-again-linkedin - [How should I write a LinkedIn About section for SDR or BDR outbound?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-linkedin-about-section-for-outbound.md): Write it for the person who just got your invite. First person, who you help, proof after the problem. Skip the mission poem. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-write-linkedin-about-section-for-outbound - [What are LinkedIn InMail best practices?](https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-inmail-best-practices.md): Spend the credit on a trigger and a title that can buy. Short subject, short body, one ask. Track it like paid media, not like free DMs. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-inmail-best-practices - [How do I get more InMail credits?](https://omentir.com/help/how-do-i-get-more-inmail-credits.md): Buy a higher plan, wait for the monthly allotment, or earn refunds when people reply. There is no honest hack that prints free credits. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-do-i-get-more-inmail-credits - [What are good LinkedIn cold message templates for B2B?](https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-cold-message-templates.md): Keep two or three sentences and one question. Swap in a fact that is actually true. Templates without a trigger are just polished spam. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/linkedin-cold-message-templates - [What is autonomous prospecting?](https://omentir.com/help/what-is-autonomous-prospecting.md): It is a marketing phrase for software that finds people and contacts them with little clicking. The account, the copy, and the restriction still belong to you. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/what-is-autonomous-prospecting - [How do I turn LinkedIn into a revenue channel?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-turn-linkedin-into-a-revenue-channel.md): Treat it as a pipeline with a cap: ICP, profile, conservative invites, DMs that ask for a meeting, and a CRM. Posts can help. They are not the channel by themselves. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-turn-linkedin-into-a-revenue-channel - [How do I use AI for B2B lead qualification?](https://omentir.com/help/how-to-qualify-b2b-leads-with-ai.md): Let a model score fit from the profile and your ICP. Do not let it mark someone sales-qualified because the sentiment was polite. You still need their problem in their words. HTML: https://omentir.com/help/how-to-qualify-b2b-leads-with-ai - [How do I connect Grok Bot to ReachLoop?](https://omentir.com/help/how-do-i-connect-grok-bot-to-omentir.md): Install Grok Bot, add ReachLoop's MCP URL under Settings then Plugins, and approve Connect workspace. Do not sign LinkedIn into the Bot's cloud computer.
