Insights
The question it answers
Outbound tools are good at counting sends. The useful question is different: which of your agents and lead sources actually gets people to reply? Insights puts that on one page.
Pick 7, 30 or 90 days. Every number sits next to the same stretch of time before it, so you can see if a change helped.
What is on the page
A day-by-day chart of leads found, invites sent and replies received. Then bar charts for each agent, each channel and each lead source: leads found, how many invites were accepted, reply rate and positive replies. The exact numbers are one click away as a table.
- Results by agent, channel (LinkedIn or email) and lead source
- Each number next to the period before
- A daily chart of leads found, invites sent and replies
- A short note on where to focus when one source clearly beats another
Numbers that can't flatter themselves
Reply rate counts the people messaged in the period, including those who answered after it ended. Comparisons only use people messaged at least three days ago, so a campaign that started this week is not judged before anyone had time to answer.
Insights is built from records ReachLoop already keeps. Nothing extra runs and nothing extra is charged.
Frequently asked questions
No. It is part of Pro and uses the leads, campaigns and conversations already in your workspace.
Yes. Leads are grouped by where they came from, such as LinkedIn title search, keyword search or competitor post commenters, with reply rates for each.
The focus note only compares people messaged at least three days ago, so fresh campaigns have time to get replies first.
